Lo'-N-Slo' BBQ, a professional barbecue team from New Providence, competed in the 22nd Annual Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue in Lynchburg, Tennessee. on Oct. 23. Lo'-N- Slo' finished 28th overall out of nearly 80 teams. They won the "Cook's Choice" category, which is exactly as it sounds - teams can make whatever they wish, with a few parameters. They also finished 8th in Pork Ribs and 20th in dessert.
